Golam_Azam -> I did. Four or five times. Everytime I was told that the relevant department will check the transaction and I'll be contacted in a few days. Also the client didn't cancel the payment, it's "under review".
Same here, the customer is a legit business. It's like the fifth payment we've done via Payoneer, but the first time they froze my funds. Before Payoneer we were using PayPal for a few years and it didn't happen once there.
