  • It's a company. when I display the payment details payer type = company. It was paid via echeck.
  • Let me add that this wasn't the first payment from that customer. We were using Payoneer for a few times before and two times after. There was never any problem with the payments except that one time.
  • PayoneerBrasilHelp: Global Payment. The payment was made, after one week it was added to my Payoneer around 0 AM. Around 6 AM it was given status "frozen" and in details it is "under review".
  • It doesn't change anything if I call them. They'll "contact a relevant department and let me know". :(
  • Golam_Azam -> I did. Four or five times. Everytime I was told that the relevant department will check the transaction and I'll be contacted in a few days. Also the client didn't cancel the payment, it's "under review".
  • One more week and still no details about the problem. Payoneer Customer Care sent me a few emails that they'll check what's going on and let me know soon. But so far they didn't. Almost three weeks have passed and I still can't spend money I earn…
