I don't know but Payoneer doesn't support directly money transfer to Payoneer account from any bank account.

Did you use Payoneer Referral or Payoneer Affiliate Program? If you have used Payoneer Referral then make sure that your friends have received at least $1000 into their accounts and if you used Affiliate then also make sure that they have received at least $100 into their accounts.... Hope this helps buddy.

Of course, you can use the Payoneer International MasterCard across the world but make sure that the ATM you are putting your card into is supporting MasterCard. You can confirm it by looking the MasterCard logo or Sign on the ATM or asking anyone there.
