@krakmh7860 I also faced same issue today when I tried to withdraw funds through MCB atm. So I think MCB is the reason behind all such failed transactions. so I am thinking never to use MCB in future.

Today same thing happened with me. My $202 is stuck and I did not get cash. I also used MCB I had same issue in the past few months ago. That time I used MCB. So I think MCB is the evil nowadays for payoneer card holders.
