Well I was not completely off. What needed to be done was to move my account to the << the updated method of payment which is a USD currency balance>> Now I have the option to order a new card.

You can redraw it to a bank account without a card. You just need to add your bank account.

Hi any Payoneer Support. I have the same issue here with a pending transaction from Sep 22 and a block balance from my expired card. If you could remove this expired card from my account too. That would help I hope get the transaction in and me transfer the fund to a bank account. Thanks Customer ID 16939232
