I too have missed payments hitting my bank account. when I asked them about the transaction number, they had no clue even after 25 days and after a 10 days of follow up they refunded the amount to my USD balance section and disabled USD account saying that your bank details are wrong due to which transaction was failed. If the account was not right why refund took 30 days and that is also only after my multiple follow ups. Interestingly, before disabling my USD account I received another payment, which reached to my bank. This whole thing is confusing as how come the last payment reached if bank details were wrong. I start losing my trust on Payoneer. Any help on this regards will be helpful.
