Hey there, Paypal now start rejecting Bank of America or any account number that passes 8 or 13 Digits, they said told me to add my Payoneer Mastercard and try to withdraw money to my payoneer card. I want to know if that do WORK ? Thanks

Yes, I've been trying to get my payment from PayPal and same thing with payoneer but overtime they came up with a thing like 15 Digit trace number from PayPal but PayPal won't give that ! [Reference Number: 170707-010222]
