@nj9x lol. just be patient. Due to Covid 19 they take longer to reply now, about 4 to 5 days in my case. It will be worse if you sent your message around the weekend, because they don't work then. So your message will have to spend the weekend before maybe getting in the queue of 4 to 5 days. Like I said, Just be Patient.…
