MT103 invoice is same for all countries. You can ask Payoneer to provide you if you are facing problem in receiving money in your bank account.

@arshsah @aalovelybebe The only solutionis to get MT103/MT102 invoice from Payoneer and present it yourself to remitter/correspondent bank via email.

This sometimes happened when you do not enter correct Branch Code/Identifier. They can not trace Branch Address from IBAN.

They deducted Activation Charges not Annual Fees.
