I can only confirm this is starting to look like a pretty shady enterprise. I have the same issue and no response to either messages, live chat or even telephone calls. I look forward to an early reply from a Payoneer rep to your inquiry, or we should urge Mastercard to consider quitting any affiliation with this outfit.
