There's definitely something wrong with your Chrome browser. It shouldn't display such warning. It's best if you try to re-install your browser. Have you tried it with Firefox? Also check the date on your system. If it's not correct it also creates such problems.

In my experience, withdrawals work on a few ATMs and not all. I tried doing it with a number of Banks but only 1 or 2 succeeded.

It would be great if Payoneer can expand to other companies such as Fiverr. There is a huge population that earns through Fiverr and they cannot cash the payments out because they don't have Paypal.

It's always a problem with the PIN code. In most of the cases this is the reason for not being able to withdraw money.

I suggest waiting another 10 hours or more before escalating the issue. It may have hold up for a bit but it might get processed soon. Rest assured, your money is safe.

The best way to go about it is to order the Payoneer debit card. You can cash it out directly through ATM.
