My payoneer account was hacked and someone add a bank account in withdrawal method and payoneer verified it. I get an email that account is verified. My funds were safe and i remove the bank account from my profile. I inform everything to payoneer customer support and they block the card for safety and ask me to send an alternative email address. Now 4 days are gone and they don't even bother to reply me back. Anybody please guide that what to do ? What kind of customer support is that ? They don't even bother to inform that get alternative email. 4 days are gone and i wait everyday for their email .....
