Why can't my account receive money?

I have been trying to contact Payonner support for a long time and have not received a response. Since I opened the account I have not been able to use it, every time I try to transfer money I get an error, I don't know what to do... I need to solve this because the company where I work only makes payments through this way.

    According to the account associated with the email used for the registration of your forum account, we can see that you are based in Venezuela, according to the current regulations we will need to confirm that you have a bank account outside of Venezuela to finish verification of your account.

    To add a new bank account to complete verification please follow these steps:

    1. Sign in to Payoneer.
    2. From the main menu, go to Settings and choose Bank Accounts.
    3. Choose the type of bank account you want to add:
      To add a new bank account for withdrawal, select the Your accounts tab.
    4. Select Add bank account.
    5. Follow the on-screen instructions to add the bank account details.
      For Individual accounts: The account holder's name must match the name on your Payoneer account.
      Once you submit the details, we’ll review them. It usually takes up to 3 business days. Watch your email for confirmation that the bank account has been approved.
