Entrega de tarjeta en Buenos Aires

I've signed up in Payoneer in March this year, 2013.
I'm still waiting the card in order to get my money available.
The first email I received has the arrival date range: 22th April - 29th April.
The second email I received has got the arrival date range: 25th June - 2nd July (today).
But I didn't receive anything, again.
I've been in the post office today morning, but without a tracking number or a piece number they couldn't do anything.
Could anybody help me? It's very important now, to receive my debit card as soon as possible!

Please allow an additional week for delivery. If you do not receive the card within a week from today, please contact our support team for further assistance.
I've already waited "one more week" a couple of months ago.
Remember this is the second time I wait for the delivery.
I just cannot wait anymore. Since the first time I signed up Payoneer it's been almost 4 months. It's quite a long time, isn't it?
So please, help me now. I need this card for a trip, and time comes closer.

Unfortunately once Payoneer sends the card it is in the hands of your local postal system - we have no control over that. If you'd like we can send you a card via DHL, however there is an additional cost for shipping.
I'm asking you another, not oftently offered, way for sending the card. Please, I don't want to be annoying, I just want you to understand my situation.
Please Rita, Nissim, I'm asking you for another way because I'm waiting since 4 months, and that's quite unusual.
A friend of mine in the same town received the card in just 12 days.
I went to my post office, talked with several people, they didn't found anything. In addition, I just received an envelope from Frankfurt Germany, in just a week (also for free without tracking number).
There would be another solution (not so expensive as the DHL one), doesn't it?
I hope you could do something...

hola te respondo en español , has pensado pedir que te la envien a una casilla en Usa y de ahi a tu casa , se de personas de argentina que usaron USABOX,COM ,te sirve una cuenta basica que solo se paga cuando haces el envio ($25 por DHL x envio) y solo cartas de poco peso, Para eso ,USABOX te envian un formulario que tienes que firmar ,certificar y enviar . Payoneer, para que te la envien a esa casilla, debes darles un comprobante de contrato con Usabox.
Lamentablemente no se cuanto tarda el tramite del formulario y la aprobacion de payoneer, pero es una alternativa...hay compañias como USABOX ,que son mas economicas es cosa de averiguar y ver si las acepta payoneer
Hace unas semanas tenia la curiosidad de saber si Payoneer podia enviar la tarjeta a una casilla postal en MIAMI-USA y me dijero que si,demostrando que tenia un contrato con el proveedor de esa casilla

Nissim, could it be suitable to use USABox to get control over the shipment without paying the too expensive DHL's fee?
In that case, you could just send my debit card to a local address. The rest would be really by my own.

EN MI CASO ES EL MISMO DE AMIGOS QUISIERA SU AYUDA POR FAVOR.
EL DÍA DE HOY YA SE vencio EL PLAZO DE ENTREGA Y LLEGADA DE MI TARJETA PAYONNER, PERO NO LLEGO NUNCA YA FUI A Preguntar A LAS EMPRESAS DE MI CIUDAD DE CORREO POSTAL Y NO ENCONTRE NINGUN SOBRE A MI NOMBRE.
QUE ES LO QUE TENGO HACER, ESPERAR UN POCO MAS DE TIEMPO O PEDIR DE INMEDIATO OTRA TARJETA DE remplazo.

LLega por correo normal , como cualquier carta comun y corriente , la puede recibir cualquioer persona que se encuentre en tu domicilio, no hay que firmar nada al recibirla , generalmente puede tardar unos dias mas , si no t llega a las 2 semanas despues del dia indicado , deberias pedir una nueva
Ayer escribí al soporte, que hasta ahora no respondió.
Mañana voy a empezar a publicar en las redes sociales sobre los 4 meses de desinterés de Payoneer si no me dan una respuesta de verdad que no implique seguir esperando.
Les doy opciones:
- Bonificación del envío mediante DHL
- Envío mediante correo normal pero con número de tracking
- Que la envíen por medio de alguien que venga a Argentina
La opción de USABox está buena, pero para pagarle a un escribano público (necesario para llenar un formulario requerido para poder recibir documentos y correspondencia) tengo que pagar cerca de USD 40, y entonces estamos en la misma.
Hola! Veo que tras una charla en chat con nuestro equipo de Atención al Cliente, se le ordenó una nueva tarjeta.
