    hi im new to payoneer im from the philippines. i dont know why cant i withdraw mobey to my bank accountvit says wrong bank code but it doesnt ask for a bankcode upon putting up my bank detils. then i cnat even send payoneer to payoneer here in the philippines i need help i need ly money

    Thanks for your response.
    Yesterday, I called the customer care support. The CCS told me to wait till 24hrs. Can you please tell your team to activate my card ASAP or if you can't resolve this issue then at least tell me the alternative. I've been facing this issue for so long😔
    I need to transfer more funds, but I am confused that if this problem will not fix then how could I get my payments.

    hey payoneer! i need your help ! as im in alot of trouble just because my payoneer account has not been approved yet ..please approve my account asap..i have to transfer money through payoneer account and just because this alot of my necessary works are stopped.. i have to transfer urgent money transfer to my bank account..please approve my account and if you want any further detail or document i will provide you but please help me..i hope you will understand my problem and ll sort it asap my customer id is Customer ID 25485850..please help!

    My previous card was expired in November and it contains my $1022.50 USD and yesterday when I trying to withdraw my finds they said first activate your new card. So i did and after that my previous card money is not come in my new card. Today when i open there is no funds there in my new card. Please tell me when funds come in new cards almost 40 hours ago i activate my card. Please i am in a very big trouble. I need my money back.

    Hi, can you help me please?
    First time, when I received a payment of 30 USD it was loaded to my card. Now, when I received a larger payment, that is by the way directly from other Payoneer account, my funds are not available on my card. I can see my funds on my balance but it says that only 30 USD are available on the card.
    PS. 24 hours have been passed since this transaction.

    I've sent an email regarding how I want to change my USD bank type to Community Federal bank because Paypal doesn't allow me to send money to that balance otherwise.

    I have sent 2 emails to customer services but there any reply - how I can change to Community Federal bank

    my account in Paypal has been verified, so only I need is a bank account in Community Federal bank
